  • Do you offer personalised messages?
    Yes we do. If you're purchasing an item as a gift and having it sent directly to the recipient, we can add a personalised message for you. Simply add a note on your order or contact us using our Online Form or Live Chat after submitting your order.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    No, currently we don't offer a gift wrapping service.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, if we haven't despatched it, your order can be cancelled. If your order has been despatched, unfortunately, it can't be cancelled, but you can return your order when you receive it. Please see our Returns Policy.
  • Do you send worldwide?
    No, we currently only despatch within the UK.
  • How much is postage?
    For England, Scotland & Wales: Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days) FREE Express Shipping (1-2 Working Days) for £3.99 per order Next Day, Local Hand Delivery (within a 6 mile radious) FREE As well as a Local Pick Up option. For Northern Ireland: Standard Shipping (4-7 Working Days) for £3.89 per order
  • How quickly do you despatch orders?
    We operate on a same working day despatch, however, please note the cut off time is 9am. Orders placed after this time may not be despatched until the next working day. For more information, please view our Shipping Policy.
  • How do I track my Order?
    We ship most items with Evri. Please visit: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel and enter in your 16-Digit Tracking Number
  • My order shows as delivered, but I've not received it
    Firstly, please go to: https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel and enter your 16-Digit tracking number. Click 'View Full Tracking Details' and enter your delivery postcode. Click 'View Proof of Delivery' and you will be shown a photo that the courier has taken at the time of delivery. Your order may have been left in a 'Safe Place' If there is no photo, or it's of a location you do not recognize, please contact us using our Online Form or Live Chat function.
  • My order has arrived damaged
    We can replace or refund items which arrive defective or damaged, as long as photographic proof is provided. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
