We currently only despatch within the UK.
We offer the below services:
England, Scotland and Wales
Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days) FREE,
Express Shipping (1-2 Working Days) for £3.99 per order,
Next Day, Local Hand Delivery (within a 6 mile radious) FREE,
As well as a Local Pick Up option.
Standard Shipping (4-7 Working Days) for £3.89 per order
We do operate on a same working day despatch, however, please note the cut off time is 9am.
Orders placed after this time may not be despatched until the next working day.
Orders placed after 9am on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Delivery time is also subject to working days (and excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Wherever possible, we do re-use packaging materials to protect your order and the environment.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Please contact us for a return authorisation prior to sending any goods.
Your item/s must be unused and in the same re-saleable condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original (undamaged) packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own return postage costs.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We advise re-packaging well and using a tracked service for returning goods, as we cannot refund if items are lost/damaged in return transit.
We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds, for the following reasons:
• An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is not in it's original and undamaged packaging.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. It may take longer for our credit to appear on your statements.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We can replace or refund items which arrive defective or damaged, as long as photographic proof is provided. Depending on the severity of the damage, we may require the item returning, for this, we can provide a returns label.
Once the item has been received (if required), a replacement will then be sent out.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
